Houston: the people really are nicer here.

I woke up at 4:45 am(Auburn) time and am waiting for check-in at our hotel in Houston. We are safely here!

We meet with the doctors here starting tomorrow and for the remainder of the week, for a second opinion and then we will begin treatment.

I'm in the hotel's Business Center, so I must go, but I just had to share with all my prayer warriors! I love each of you so much.

PRAISE JESUS--THE MIRACLE WORKER! It sounds like your mom's cancer is not wrapped around her artery from this post. That is HUGE. Containment/localization of the cancer is good for sure! (we know all of these terms, don't we? When you're talking about the medical stuff, I know exactly what you are talking about--funny how we learn all these things when going through something like this)...
Also, that's exactly what the doctors prescribed for my dad: chemotherapy and THEN surgery. Will she be having treatment in Houston or at home? LOVE YOU!!! Always praying...

I never imagined that you and 4:45 AM would ever be in the same sentence, haha. Glad you guys are there safely.
Awesome news!! Definitely made my day--I can't imagine what it did for you and the fam. No miracle is small and this is one of many that are soon to come! He is amazing
